We all know, Networking is essential when it comes to getting your business or career where you want it. However, that doesn’t mean we like doing it or that it comes naturally! After attending many different networking events we knew we had to do something a bit different (doing more of the bits we enjoyed and that ‘worked’ and doing less of the stuff we disliked)
We’ve created a calendar of events exclusively for MPWR Business Club members. You’re welcome to come along to try an event, see what you think, but to come again, you need to be a member. We want our events to be a safe space where you can truly be yourself and make real connections to help you further your career or get your business where you want it.
We truly believe this is an investment you need to make in yourself and your business and therefore opening events to our member community means you build real and lasting relationships with other businesswomen who also attend regularly. It helps with feeling comfortable at events and also with accountability. You can bet that anyone you met before will ask you how you were getting on with that thing you said you were doing or how you’re doing with progress against goals etc. It really works when you’re surrounded by good people.

All events, no matter the format have networking opportunities first and foremost. We know it can be daunting walking into a room of strangers for the first time but trust us, we are a lovely bunch and we will make you very welcome.
We focus 3 times a year on our Planning & Goal setting workshops, so we all work together and keep each other accountable to achieving the success we want. We also have a number of guest expert interactive workshops and we couldn’t forget the chance for a good social too!
There’s also plenty of online networking opportunities to save you needing to travel to York (it also means you can come in your pyjamas! At the moment, all of our in person events are in the York area. Please get in touch if you’d like to see us bring an event to a town near you!

Want to shape your business or career? Then you can’t afford to skip planning ahead! The MPWR Goal Setting and Planning workshops take you step by step through goal setting and building a 90 day plan.
There are 3 of these events per year, this aligns to our proven planning method… The format of the event is: arrive networking, planning workshop (with workbook or use your MPWR Planner) and then lunch.
Time to up your game and unlock your potential with new skills? Following an hour of our usual relaxed networking we invite in an expert – best and brightest business minds around to deliver an interactive workshop, so you truly go away having larnt something new. We’re all about being practical and getting shit done. Then we finish off with some more networking over a relaxed lunch.
Great connections are the key to a thriving business or career. There’s no dress code, no awkward 60 second intros. Just the chance to relax, chat and connect. Hear about a typical online session in Events
At least twice a year (Summer and Christmas) we get together for more of a relaxed social event (let’s just call it a party we don’t need much of an excuse for one of them!)
We know when you work for yourself, you don’t always get to enjoy the summer office party of the work xmas doo, so this is your chance. Come along, still plenty of networking to be done, but with a bit more fizz, presents and (optional) dancing!

Unlike our usual Expo Events, this was all online (on Zoom!) with tickets available to any business (members, non members, men and women alike)
