This weeks Business Tool Masterclass was delivered by Lynda Pepper of Pepper Social. It was amazing.
I thought I was pretty Facebook savvy, but I still took loads of notes and have some things to implement on my pages. So even if you think you’ve got Facebook nailed (have we ever?) this is well worth a watch. Lynda has a great style of presenting – it’s so easy to understand.

The masterclass is great introduction if you are just starting out meaning you will create your Facebook page following best practices from day 1, but wow, this is an excellent refresher even if you have been doing this a little while.
Lynda took us through the benefits of using Facebook and then the foundations of a good Facebook page.
She outlined some of the Facebook T&Cs so we know what we’re doing there.
She took us through the steps to optimise our business pages to help us make the best first impressions and ensure we’re not leaving any money on the table.
The Q&A at the end was excellent too, Lynda really knows her stuff.
