MPWR GUIDELINES FOR USE
We need your help to keep MPWR as valuable, authentic, and safe as possible.

Be supportive. Encourage and support your fellow members. No one here is looking for your criticism, cynicism, or judgement. (We can get those things on the rest of the Internet).

Share generously. Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another member needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.

Be constructive. We’re here to push each other forward and lift each other up. Find ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious.

Don’t spam, promote, or troll. This community exists to help you GROW. It’s not a place to spam, promote your services (unless as a reply for someone asking for what you do or on a post where it’s permitted), or bully anyone else.

Hopefully, these should be easy agreements. If you think you’ll be unable to abide by these guidelines, let us know and we’re happy to remove you.

Host & Moderators of the community can remove any information that may be offensive to any other. Their decision is final.  We can remove you from our community at any time should you not respect the guidelines outlined. Our decision is final and your membership will not be renewed.

We retain the right to remove, update or change content as we see fit with no prior warning.

OUR COMMUNITY:

Our community service is powered by Mighty Networks.

We do not endorse or support the opinion of all members and will not be responsible for any offense caused by a member to another. We will remove any offensive content and the member as required. All members can report content to hosts that do not meet the guidelines set out above.

USING THE SERVICE

  • a. How It Works.
Our service enables people to create or participate in a community dedicated to an individual, identity, or interest (a “Mighty Network”) for free or for a fee. People who create Mighty Networks (“Hosts”) do so to invite in people (“Members”) to connect with each other, to message, and to exchange information and content. Hosts tailor their Mighty Network by the Members they invite, the conversations they organise, what they call their Mighty Network, and additional branding they may choose to use.

  • b. Who can use Mighty Networks.
You must be at least the age of majority in the state or country where you live to create or participate in a Mighty Network.

  • c. Registration.
When you set up a profile with Mighty Networks, you must provide us accurate information. We will treat registration information according to our Privacy Policy. Your name and contact information will be made available to your Host. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

  • d. Privacy.
Our privacy practices are set forth in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement. By joining a Mighty Network, you are sharing personally identifiable information with your Host, other Members, and us.

  • e. Play Nice.
We hope you will take care to keep your interaction with others a positive experience for everyone. You agree to follow the Mighty Networks Acceptable Use Policy at all times. We reserve the right, but have no obligation or liability for, monitoring any interactions with other Members or Hosts of the Service. You may also submit a complaint or concern about another Member or Host to help@mightynetworks.com.

  • f. Termination.
You may close your Host or Member account at any time by going to account settings and disabling your account.
